Most orders are fulfilled within 2-10 weeks of the order being placed online. These processing times can be subject to a longer delay around holidays or special release dates due to volume. Please allow ample time for fulfillment in those circumstances.

You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation at the time your order is shipped that includes your tracking number. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to update to its next scan location and not all shipping methods have step by step tracking.
Transit time will vary depending on your location and selected delivery method, however typical domestic delivery can take up to 7-10 days and standard international delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival to customer. Shipping fees are not covered for merchandise without damage or shipped incorrectly. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Music, media and accessories must be unopened, unused, and in condition as received. If 30 days has passed since your item has been received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange, regardless of circumstances.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please return items to us using a mail service that provides tracking or insurance. We are only responsible for items received and cannot maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.

Once your return/exchange has reached our office please allow up to 30 days for it to be processed. Funds can only be refunded to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
